NEW GUIDLINES TO OBSERVE:

  • The gym has been divided into individual workout sections with equipment laid out and ready to use.  You will choose a section and remain in that section during you entire visit.

  • All members are required to self asses before entering the gym (following the signs posted outside).

  • Mask are mandatory when entering the gym and are recommended through the  workout, Masks may be removed once you have arrived at your designated station.

  • Upon the end of the workout, please disinfect all of the equipment in your station, put on the mask and wait for your turn to exit the gym in an orderly fashion, members closest to the door will leave first.

As group classes are not permitted at the moment, we will be re-opening the gym offering an Open Gym setup to ensure we meet all the new health guidelines provided by the authorities.

With the new format, you will have to book a 45-min time slot, you will choose one of the designated areas with the equipment already laid out for you. You can choose to do your own individual workout or to follow one of our daily workouts that we publish on our app.

While our trainers will not be leading the workouts at this time, they will be present on the gym floor to answer any questions and offer form corrections and feedback, you will have to follow your own program or use our training app if you choose to follow one of our training programs.
