Facility Re-Opening

The safety of our staff and members is our number one priority, please observe the new changes we made to allow for a great and safe workout environment.

  • Class sizes have been reduced by 50%.

  • There will be no usage of the change rooms or kitchen until further notice—please bring minimal workout accessories, bags, clothing, etc.

  • We will be thoroughly sanitizing all contact surfaces throughout the gym before and after the classes.

  • Sanitizing equipment has been placed throughout the gym for members.

  • No kids or "guests" will be allowed in the studio or waiting area.

  • The gym has been divided into different sections to allow for proper social distancing.

Prior to the class:

  • Don't come to the gym if you’re sick or have a family member that is sick.

  • Complete our waivers online by clicking here.

  • Pre-booking all your classes on Mindbody is required (no walk-ins). If you are having a problem with booking your classes please email us at info@bmbootcamp.com

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your booked class (not earlier than that), if you arrive late you will not be able to participate.

  • While waiting outside maintain 6ft by following the markings on the pavement.

  • Sanitize/wash your hands as soon as you enter the studio.

  • Scan your membership card and proceed to change your shoes.

  • Once you are finished find an empty station (marked with an orange arrow or X) and wait until the start of the session.

*We have gloves available at the front if you would like to use some during the class.

What you need to bring with you:

  • Pair of indoor workout shoes to change into once you are in the gym.

  • Towel

  • Water bottle

During the class:

  • The gym has been divided into different sections to allow for proper social distancing

  • Follow the markers on the training floor to maintain a minimum of 6ft social distancing.

  • Follow the instructions of the trainer on when to move to the next station and when to disinfect the equipment.

  • We encourage you to wear gloves during the session (optional).

At the end of the class:

  • Sanitize all the equipment in your station.

  • Change your shoes and leave as soon as you are able, in order to allow the staff to disinfect all the equipment.
